LI Flag For Life is an official NFL FLAG league for athletes ages 8U–18U. 

There are seperate boys and girls divisions.

Games begin on June 19th!

We run a competitive, fun, inclusive program with games that follow NFL FLAG rules.

All players get official NFL-branded gear, the real deal!

Whether a player is brand new to the sport or already experienced, LI Flag For Life gives them a place to compete, improve, and be part of a team. Our goal is simple: teach the game the right way, keep things fun, and create an environment where kids actually look forward to coming back every week.
